"They DO NOT answer the phone. I’ve tried calling multiple times. I was supposed to have something delivered and I rescheduled it for the next day. I waited around because it needs a signature and they never brought it or left any kind of note. Called the next day and no answer and still no mail. The phone rings and then it says answer system is off. Everyone wants to use COVID as an excuse but this has been happening for YEARS."
"My key wouldn’t work on my PO Box on a Saturday so I went in Monday morning to see what was up and was told it was due. No problem I asked why they didn’t just put a notice in the box and was told he didn’t know and then charged a late fee. A simple notice in my box would have been paid on time. Their incompetence my penalty."
"Your hours are ridiculous for any working person. If you can't deliver something how do you expect us to come and get it if you're barely open. You left a note claiming no one was home, but someone was home. I understand you can't come through the gate on private property and that there are dogs, I just wonder how much thought and effort was put into that delivery? This is the second time this has happened to me."
