"Went to the ATM a few days ago. The ATM took several minutes during "please wait." It timed out and did not give me the money I requested and said it was denied. However that same ATM also took that amount out of my bank account and charged me a fee for using it. When I pulled into a slot to talk to a teller, a middle aged blonde man with glasses asked if he could help. I explained the issue. At first he said "your'e going to have to call your bank" before getting clarification that "it could turn up in a few days or in a week." I didn't even say anything I was so angry. I got in my car and left immediately. Now this amount has been posted to my account including the added the fee. Thankfully I bank with someone else and have for YEARS so I can dispute this. This location did not help me WHATSOEVER. Did not even TRY to help me. Do BETTER."
