"Ade at the Katy location was such a great instructor for my NRP class! Very hands on and took the time to explain each step to you to ensure you rally grasped the concept."

"I took the EMT-B course, and I'm glad I did. Beni was an amazing instructor, very knowledgeable, and answers any question you have. He's also very responsive in the discord if you have any problems with homework or don't understand the reading material. All the material is very detailed, and you will learn a lot in a short period of time. Just be ready to put in the work at home or you will fall behind."

"Honestly this place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I became extremely ill hours before my course and emailed to reschedule. They informed me that I had to pay a 35 dollar rescheduling fee to which I refused as it was not my fault I became so ill. I got some long speech about how its a policy no matter what. I get things come up and people need to reschedule which can be inconvenient to them but to steal money from people who are ill is just so wrong in my opinion. I even asked the girl on the phone what if my mom died right before class and she legitimately said it would have to go to the director for a decision but that honestly everyone has to pay! I mean can you believe this? I would not support a company that is honestly looking to nickel and dime or steal money from people who are honestly ill! We are human beings people and we are in the medical field?!! Needless to say I will never use them again and I would tell any and all my medical colleagues to never use or recommend them either. So sad to lose so much business over this bc the instructor I had was awesome. But I just cant support a company that enforces this ridiculous policy to take yet more money from people."
