"Amazing!!! Food is delicious. I have been ordering from them for 4 weeks and this week my fifth week is the first time one menu item repeats. Food is very tasty, healthy, 3 different size options to choose from. My friend and I love it and love the fact that the menu changes every week so we do not get bored. There may be one or two options that I would not repeat but that is only due to preference and not taste. If you are looking for a healthy meal service that is tasty and gives you a variety of options every week as well as amazing owners who are helpful, understanding and always put their customers first this is it!!!! "Best Meal Prep in Houston. I've tried several. The food at Fab & Fit Foods is fresh, flavorful and delicious. I love that they have keto and low carb options. So there are options for your entire family. My kiddo loves the meals too. I can't wait till they make their juices again and do their vegetarian options. Everything the chef makes is delicious."

"I just tried them for the first time this week. Wow! The food is delicious, full of flavor, and definitely not boring. I get bored with healthy foods easily and the options that are available are awesome and change every week. I love how you can pick different sizes based off of your goal of losing weight, maintaining your weight or if you are trying to bulk up. I looked at 2 other health foods meal services and Fab and Fit foods have the best bang for your buck. Also, everything is pre-portioned for you with a nutritional label on the container. For me this is great because I'm trying to journal daily and this allows me to not have to guess and calculate all of the nutritional information. I will be returning for more food!"
