"A Hometown Gem with Unmatched Service I find myself puzzled by the one-star reviews for this bank. It seems that many of the criticisms are either unrelated or unfairly compare a hometown bank to large national banks in terms of teller training. The distinction is right there in the name, and in my experience, many national banks actually offer much poorer service. This hometown bank has consistently been a beacon of support for me. They’ve granted loans when I needed them and exercised prudence when circumstances warranted, leading me to explore alternative solutions that ultimately benefited my business. The staff here go above and beyond to offer more personalized service than any national bank I’ve dealt with, something I deeply appreciate. While they may not boast as many locations as larger banks, the superior service I receive has led me to maintain my larger accounts here. I still keep accounts with national banks for the sake of convenience, but this bank remains my preferred choice for substantial transactions. Additionally, their electronic banking is top-notch, promptly addressing and resolving any inquiries I might have, which adds to the smooth banking experience. I plan to continue my business with this bank for as long as they’re around, which I hope is for a very long time. Their unwavering support and exceptional service have earned my trust and loyalty."

"I have tracked all over this country and this is by far the worst bank I have ever stepped for in. The teller was so under trained she didn’t know if she could accept my ID which is an enhanced license and is accepted in every state. I don’t recommend this place to anyone."
