"We see Sarah Kane and love her. 10/10 She is incredibly kind and understanding. She has helped manage my daughter's issues for some time now and she is just overall fantastic. My only issue is with the front desk staff. They are all incredibly rude. They do not send out appointment reminders. Today when I asked about a supposed missed appointment they stated sometimes they send them out, and sometimes they don't. That does not work! Dumb statement and a poor way of business. They just tell you its your fault and you did have one even though you didnt schedule it. Then they want to slap you with outrageous missed appointment fees. They've done this to us about 4 or 5 times now. They also don't always collect copay at the time of visit or checking in. I was told I owed fees that were six months old last year. I never received a statement or phone call. Something with this entire front staff is way off. As a lead manager myself in the medical field, I would overhaul the entire department with better professionals who are helpful, polite, and empathetic. I did not schedule the claimed missed appointment as we just had one a few weeks ago. They refuse to help and get very catty when you inquire about literally anything. I've never had a good experience with the front staff in over a year. It's disappointing. If Ms. Kane was not so awesome, we would leave."

"This place looked so promising when I found it online and read about it. Unfortunately it severely let me and my family down during the inpatient process, before we ever got an appointment. First they are not upfront with their services, they have an age cut off for who they can see. Second their intake person was not trained properly when I called to inquire; said they took our insurance, not true, didn’t say anything about my mom’s age, won’t accept anyone in their 80s even though geriatric psychiatry is listed. They should be more specific with their interpretation of what a geriatric is. Lastly once I did call and discussed my disappointment, they agreed to move ahead with seeing my mom as a patient. However they never called or emailed me back to set an appointment. I had at this point already sent all the new patient paperwork. So in closing when you email or call to inquire, don’t make any assumptions and be very specific and clear. Don’t expect to hear back from them in a timely manner."

"Dr SUNCIN and his office have always been wonderful! I recently needed to do an outside test and couldn’t find anywhere with in 200 miles that took my insurance. The team worked with me and found a place locally that did the test and took my insurance. There are so many doctor’s offices you can never speak to anyone. I was called back three times in one day!!!! I am so thankful for the professional care the office gives!!!"

"I cannot say enough about my provider. She listened to me when other practices pushed me through like I was just a number. I see Sara, but I have multiple family members who go here and see different providers and they have tell me they have had similar experiences. I don't need mental health services (for the time being), but I will definitely be back if I ever do."

"The staff is incredible! I am a patient of Christina Vasquez and she is amazing. I've been going to her for a little over a year now and she has been so much helpful and encouraging. Any time you are needing help you are always being heard. Any concerns you have she helps you find a solution that's comfortable with you. I personally wouldn't want to go anywhere else as I am always extremely comfortable going there. She is also very understanding and I absolutely love every time I go to the office as I'm always greeted with a welcoming smile! I would give it a 5/5 star rating!"
