"I have never been through any type of litigation, so my testimony/review may be emotionally lengthy. Without going into too much detail, in December of 2012 I was scheduled for a “routine” outpatient surgery (although no surgery is really routine). I was supposed to go in that morning have an operation and be home that evening after leaving recovery. Unfortunately that is not what transpired. What actually happened, sadly and forever changed my life. The “routine” outpatient surgery was far from “routine”. Due to negligence, I spent over a month in the hospital.
