FedEx Drop Box

The FedEx Drop Box located at 960 Coronado Boulevard in Universal City, Texas, offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or opt for FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive within 1-5 business days.

The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own packaging and a FedEx label. Packages up to 20" x 12" x 6" in size are accepted at the drop box location.

Drop-off times may vary depending on the location, with thousands of drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times. Some drop box sites also offer Saturday pickup options.

To use the drop box, create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number. Print the label and affix it to your package, then simply drop it off at the FedEx Drop Box. Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box location.

In addition to drop boxes, FedEx also has nationwide FedEx Office locations that offer packing and shipping services, as well as FedEx Ship Centers with late hours and cutoff times. You can use FedEx packaging or your own with a FedEx shipping label, but packages should not be left outside the drop box. For packages too large for the drop box, bring them to the counter at a nearby FedEx location. FedEx offers thousands of locations nationwide, including FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center, FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, Walgreens, Dollar General, and grocery stores.
