Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

"I hated my experience. I ordered Tiffs treats for Valentine. They told me when I ordered that someone must be at home or they wouldn't deliver it and take it back to the store. I had 2 people there waiting. I had on the instructions to ring the front doorbell. I watched on my Ring camera as the delivery person NEVER attempted to knock or ring the doorbell and sat the special bouquet and balloon on the ground and walked away! I was floored!! What kind of Terrible customer service is this? Is this a joke? Who places this type of gift on the ground on this special day? She had to come home and pick her gift off the ground, HOW EMBARRASSING AND CLASSLESS!!!"

"I can’t review anything about the store itself because I haven’t seen it. I have a membership with Tiff’s and have been ordering for delivery for a while. When I lived in an area where delivery was made by another delivery service and not Tiff’s I typically wasn’t very happy with the delivery I received. But the cookies were always good. Also, if there was a problem, really even small problems, Tiff’s service reps were always available to offer a solution. When I ordered tiffs for someone in an area in which the Tiffs store does the delivery everything is awesome! They have the friendliest drivers. I sent out one today and was told that the driver, a very nice young man, was so nice and waited until the recipient collected the cookies bf leaving. If your cookies are delivered by the store it’s very fast; like today they were ordered with a window between 10:00 am and 10:45 ( I think) and were delivered right around 10:00 am. Just to sum it up…everyone I've given Tiffs as gifts loves their products. The only issue bf when I delivered to people out of Tiffs delivery area in which they used another delivery service the experience was not as good more often bc of the other delivery service. But, you won’t find a more responsive customer service team. Even at the Katy Tiffs when the 3rd party delivery was going to be exceptionally late the manager called to apologize and offered a fresh delivery. Also, the membership is worth the price bc you get free delivery, Tiffs always has good deals for elite members which more than covers the cost of the membership, and ( see pic) presentation is always very nice!"

"Exceptional customer service!! Ordered a birthday box with a variety of things to be delivered to my daughter. The driver left to deliver it and someone realized he left a cupcake box behind. The manager immediately called me and already had a second driver in route to deliver the missing cupcake. They even asked the front office of her work to hold the package for the second driver so she would get it all together! It all got delivered within 15 minutes of each other! Simply amazing! Thank you for making it right and fast! She loved the surprise, and she LOVES the delicious treats as well!"

"My wife and I visited the Katy location. She has had Tiff's cookies prior when they were delivered to the school she was teaching at some years ago. I was looking to satisfy my sweet tooth after lunch at Mcalister's close by and my wife suggested we try Tiff's. I tried the chocolate chip and m&m cookies that the young girl behind the counter was so kind to warm up for us. These cookies are to die for. It really is no joke that they just melt in your mouth. Great customer service. I read reviews prior to going and the quality and service lived up to the hype. I cant wait to have them again."
