"Very rude to ethnics. The older guy Kyle kept getting mad and yelling at me because I was speaking on behalf of my wife who has bad social anxiety. Just being there for 30 minutes, I witnessed that man berate a woman “let me do my job, lady” to someone who was not being impatient whatsoever, and act so rudely to the older woman working there. I feel sorry for everyone who has to be in proximity of that man. Classic insecure, hurt man using rudeness as a form of strength. Stay away. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY."

"I’m am new to the area and was excited to find this store because I need one and use these businesses often as a small business owner. However, after encountering the owner of this Postnet I will drive 20 miles before he gets my business. I had an Etsy return that the Etsy shop owner sent me her return label so I didn’t have to pay return postage (I do a lot of business with her). I ask for a receipt so I would have proof that I did in fact return the item and he said they don’t and won’t provide that. He said he doesn’t get paid for it so he wouldn’t print a receipt. He did print it and looked at me and said “that’s the last label I will print for you”. He turned around and walked off and I stood stunned at how rude he was but also the horrible customer service and the bad impression of the community to a new resident to the community. I will never step foot in his store and I am I’ll tell everyone I know about this experience. He lost a very good customer today. Very rude and the worst service I have ever received from a small business owner. WARNING DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THIS HORRIBLE LOCAL BUSINESS OWNERS TREATMENT AND VERY POOR SERVICE"
