"I’ve tried applying for a loan with them for a minute. And they state they will always give me a call back and they never do. The only difference this time was that the clerk who attended me via phone today had good customer service. The last time they were just simply rude. Personally I think that the way they handle applicants is pretty unprofessional. I would like to know if I got approved or not in a timely manner. This is the only company that constantly tells me they will call back to give me a answer if I got approved or not and they never do. I end up finding out I got denied 2 months from now when I receive a letter stating the application. 10/10 would not recommend."
