"During the initial consultation with Dr. Raroque I informed him that I hadn't been able to work for over a month due to insomnia. Instead of treating this as an emergency and making getting back to work priority #1 he wanted to schedule months of testing and studies to discover the underlying causes. How exactly am I suppose to pay for all this testing if I'm unable to work. So far I've received no help and am still unable to work. I'm hoping this changes but I have little faith it will. To anyone else in my position don't get ripped off like I did. Also, the only way to communicate is in person as they make other forms of communication impossible and completely ignore patient portal messages. If anything changes I will update this review..."
"Erica (NP) is great but the billing office is very unprofessional. They refuse to bill the correct insurance plan (which I have provided multiple times and they are in network for) and keep asking me to pay for a visit from nearly two years ago. The last straw is they called on a Saturday and demanded that I pay on the spot or cancel my upcoming appointment. All this is happening while my insurance states no claim was ever received for the consult. Sadly I’m going to have to find a new provider if they can’t get their act together."
"Awesome! I met with Dr. Henry Raroque and this was by far the best doctors visit I’ve ever had. He was very thorough with his exam and asked many questions. He listened to me and asked follow up questions. Very pleased with him and diagnosis. Well worth seeing him for your medical needs."
"Dr. Raroque is great. Unfortunately his front office needs attitude adjustments. They are super rude for no reason. This was not just a one time thing. On separate occasions both ladies have proven to have nasty attitudes. MARISOL is the worst. I hope Dr. Raroque can get this fixed because it makes people not even want to go to his office."
"I agree with Pink Mellow! Dr. Raroque is an excellent doctor but the office is run poorly! They don't have a portal that works - only used for scheduling - so you can't get your results. If you need results, they will mail them to you which takes weeks if you get them at all. The Dr wants me to get a specific drug but the pharmacy is still waiting on the office to do their thing. It's been over a week and I still don't have it. Calls have not been returned. You have to wait months for an appointment."
