"11/6/23 & the time prior that I went to Houston Federal in MO City, Tyler Nguyen helped me, and I was so glad he did, as he was most pleasant as he provided fast, efficient service with a smile. God Bless him as that is most rare these days. I truly appreciate his kindness and look for him at every visit! Until I met Tyler on Hwy Six location, there were two in Sugarland that were most pleasant and efficient like that. Houston Federal should set up a department so these three can train the others to do the same."

"The young man does not seem to know what he is doing. First encounter went to withdraw money from my account and was told "your account has a hold on it" Called the credit union and was informed, your account is fine and does not have a hold. Went back to the credit union and spoke to a young lady and recieved cashwithout any issues. Second encounter, waited in line for 10 minutes and once I got to the drive through was informed by the young man " oh no we have emptied our registers but the lady in the first line was able to withdraw cash. Never have an issue at this branch unless it is the young man."
