"I've been using chase courier for years, have always had very friendly service and right on time deliveries. Called late at night recently for a next morning run from Dallas to Houston and they were able to cover it no problem! Highly recommend."

"A friend of mine has lived in Texas for 5 years already. He's a lucky guy, got a job there as a broker. A month ago he invited me to pay him a friendly visit. He also asked to take a couple of souvenirs from our native country (we are Russians). So, I did that, came to Dallas and...it turned out my pal had been sent to a business trip to Houston! What bad luck. Still, at least had to give him souvenirs. To do that as quickly as possible, I googled most trustworthy local delivery companies and my choice was Chase Couriers. They had nice testimonials and seemingly fair price. Came to their local office, paid for the package (about $20) and this was it. The package was delivered the following day right into my friend's hands. Hope that next time he won't have another business trip when his best friend arrives."

"Worst service ever. The employees were ALL rude... A lady in the office, one of the drivers and even an after hours guy. I received a giant double door from Home Depot and it was propped in my front doorway on 9/10. It was damaged and I called to have it picked back up. This company called me and scheduled a pick up and did not show up. I was patient. They rescheduled for a second pickup day. Then they didn't come the second time and they even rescheduled a third time and didn't show up. It is now 20 days later!!! And this door is STILL on my porch blocking my front door. I'm appalled!! I can't believe Home Depot continues to use them after this I kind of service. I'm only giving one star so I can leave this comment."

"Horrible company! I had a delivery scheduled today and they have not shown up. I had an email confirmation of the delivery and they said they "do not consider emails confirmation of delivery". Mind you the email said, " This is just a friendly reminder. Your order is being delivered on 9/25/2017 between the hours of 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM." Instead, they said they would deliver it at their convenience when they were in the area. And that they would call after five o'clock the night before to let me know. I asked if they themselves could take time off of work with so little notice notice? The I woman said they could do that and so could hundreds of people! No customer focus. No integrity. No furniture delivery yet for me. :( they have had the furniture in their possession for more than a week and I am out the money. I wish I could give zero stars."

"Apparently, Home Depot uses Nonstop Delivery to pick up returns, who, in turn, use this "company" locally. Home Depot has been great to deal with and has tried to act as a liaison in getting $700 worth of merchandise picked up. Every time, they are told I will receive a call between 2:00 and 3:00 to schedule my pick up. 9 BUSINESS DAYS LATER, I receive my FIRST contact from this "company." I am told my pick up will be between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM 6/1/17. I again explain that I need pick up by NOON. She tells me that she can do by 1:00 with a "courtesy call" 30 minutes prior to their arrival. I agree. At 2:30 today. 06/01/2017, I start with Home Depot once again. This time, however, I am armed with their phone number because "Nonstop Delivery" CANNOT PROVIDE THIS # TO HOME DEPOT! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Anyway, while I am on hold during the hour + with Home Depot, I get a call from the driver letting me know he is delayed. All the while I'm on hold with Home Depot, who is on hold with these people. It's like the Keystone Cops, only not so funny. My Home Depot CS rep calls them directly and guess what is supposed to happen AGAIN today between 2:00 and 5:00? I'm supposed to get a call to SCHEDULE A PICK UP! I may just let them come when they want and not tell them my business is closed. They've wasted enough of my time. That only seems fair, right?!?! Home Depot has been amazing! They must have the BEST CS reps ever. Their judgement in third-party partners is definitely lacking, however."
