"I am writing this in response to the untrue review that Denise A. posted about 2 years ago. She hired me to do a quick service in Flower Mound to her EX. She dropped off paperwork and payment and I was on my way to make the morning attempt that she referenced and was 3 minutes away from the respondents house when she called to cancel the service. She said she needed to amend the complaint and to not attempt service. I explained that i was just minutes away. She again said she needs to amend the complaint and to not serve. She later said she would like a refund. I explained that I dont refund for cancellations once the attempts have started, which this attempt started as soon as I began driving to the respondents house. I did offer to serve the new documents once they were issued and she said service was now not needed. I researched this case and do have proof that an Amended Complaint was filed soon after she cancelled with me. I eventually agreed to refund her half her payment. I mailed it to the PO Box she provided and it was sent back to me with Return to Sender-Undeliverable as addressed. I informed her of this and she then gave me a physical address to send it to instead. I mailed the check but the check has never cleared. In summary i have no idea why she would make up this elaborate story."

"I am a process server too. I have always used Kurt whenever I have a job that I cannot get to. He is always diligent and timely in his service, and detailed I when he provides affidavits detailing service where respondent is ducking service. His work is top notch. I spoke to Kurt about his one bad review here, and he told me that Denise A. lied and is intentionally defaming him. He said she is the one who cancelled the morning service when he was literally minutes away from her ex husband's home. Beware of bad reviews on Google, they are often not even close to approaching truthfullness."
