Packages must be securely sealed, properly labeled, weigh less than 55 pounds, and be smaller than 48" x 25" x 25". There are no additional fees for using this service, and pre-printed FedEx return labels can also be dropped off here. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted, and all packages must have a completed printed label using a FedEx account number or credit card payment. For packing supplies or help with packaging items, visit a nearby FedEx Office location or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax. Please ensure all packages are boxed, sealed, and labeled before dropping off at FedEx OnSite. Shipping and packing materials are not provided at this location.
