"I called today cause my eye doctor doesn’t take medical insurance. I told the lady I had a question, that I started seeing bubbles like flashes in my eye with and more floaters appearing . I asked her if it was urgent and this was the place my mom and brother also go . They had a detached retina so I’m just scared this is a sign, since I’ve never experienced that before . She told me call my eye dr since I never been there …. So I just emailed my normal primary dr . Hopefully it’s nothing serious"

"They accepted my mom through a referral without a long delay. The staff here was exceptionally great at easing our concerns during my mother's trying time and eased her fears about possible vision loss. After some tests, scans, and talking with the Dr, we found that the rapid vision loss was repairable with outstanding odds. From the reception to check out, every person we worked with on site was definitely a pleasure. The receptionist had a great sense of humor. A nurse named Carolyn was like talking to my aunt because she was friendly, warm hearted, and very comforting. Sadly, I was unable to get the names of the other two ladies that worked with us. But every single one made my mom, and myself, feel better through this situation and that's worth more than I cam articulate. Thank you very much to you all."

"Dr. Witherspoon is absolutely amazing and I'd love to go back but the ladies in his Irving office are so beyond rude. Every time I've called for either a question or to try and make a follow up appointment I was hung up on, spoken down to, they cancelled my appointment one time when I told her not to and another time made me feel like i was such a complete inconvenience to her for asking questions about my new insurance. I'd love to continue going to him but their level of unprofessionalism puts a bad name on good doctors."

"Dr.Whitherspoon and the staff are funny and fixed my hemorrhaging eye once before. All in same day and it only took a couple days to see clear again. I plan on going again soon because my other eye is messing up."

"I had a very bad experience with a worker in back helping the Doctor. Her name was Amanda. Amanda was extremely rude, & impatient, & kept interrupting me, basically telling me to shut up, cutting me short. I have had very serious surgery, & never been treated so bad by anyone at that office. Amanda has terrible bedside manner to be working with patients that are in very serious medical situations. Please discipline Amanda, & put her in a working position where she does not have the opportunity to be rude to patients, & make them leave their serious eye appointment feeling sad, & shocked by her bad behavior. Dr. Kozielec is a wonderful doctor, & she definitely is a distraction , & does not fit in to his professional practice."
