The ladies who was there was about the nicest most helpful person you'll ever meet. Seriously best smoke store. "You know I tried to be nice and took down my review after trying to return a device that wasn't even 24 hours but I had my receipt and all I wanted to do was exchange it they refused so I turned around and said okay I'm not coming back here no more and left I come back 5 days later to try to get this device that no one sells barely fixed because it doesn't work and again I'm refused service all I wanted to do was return my device because it leaks and they refused to do so I wasn't ignorant I wasn't rude I was polite and then I was called a son of a b**** by a guy that got on the phone which I believe to be the owner. I will be calling the BBB the also said that if you buy a TV from the store you can't return it if something's wrong"
