"This review has nothing to do with daycare itself but more with their approach to marketing and offering tours - that’s why it’s a 3. Very deceptive marketing practices so for that I would have put 1! I called expressing interest in the daycare telling them that I’m interested in an infant room for a 9 month old with the start date of about a year out. Only after the tour was scheduled, the director confirmed our needs for an infant room, and we actually started the tour, they decided to inform us that any new members at this daycare are usually able to start only at the age of 2. Infant room is typically reserved for younger siblings of their current daycare attendees. This information would have been very helpful before I and my husband took off part of our work day and wasted an hour driving plus touring the faculty that has 0 potential to meet our most immediate needs. I have no problem with their practices with preferring the current families, but this needs to be clearly communicated when scheduling tours. Very disrespectful to parents time - they should be very transparent about their practices and that most new attendees start at the age of 2 so that parents can make an informed decision whether they want to tour this daycare at this moment. They did offer us to consider a different location with more space but I’m not sure why I would even consider a location that is 20-25 min away from my house in one direction."
