"I contacted Mark about 2 issues and told him so at the beginning of the conversation. He addressed the first issue and quoted me a price. I was fine and was going to proceed with that offer. Then I started to tell him about the second issue and he cut me off and said you need to pay for a consultation. I am not even sure if he would be the right attorney for the second situation.
