"Was talking to a lady (probably front desk) she had food in her mouth as she spoke. She chewed loudly as we spoke, ugh. I mean, where are the etiquettes? Called another branch, she hung up on me mid sentence, when I called back, she said "I have someone in front of me here I'll call u back" uh? Don't you know u need to mention that before hanging up. If this is the way things are, no wonder teachers are frustrated. Learn some manners please."

"My wife and I are very happy with this daycare in Bridgeview, because they give all the attention and affection to my son, from the first day we went to ask for information, Ms. Vicky made us feel good, she treated us with great kindness and respect (she respected our culture since we don't speak much English) she made us feel at home, she helped us with the entire registration process for my child, and also with the action for children application process. My son quickly adapted to the teachers at the center, he joined when he was 13 months old and he still continues in daycare. We are very happy with the treatment of my child and of us."

The staffs were very professional and attentive, at the end of the day I had a report on what she had done that day."
