"I had the most unprofessional experience ever. First I’ve never been a such a place Second I was questioned about a – Between my last names, when everyone knows that when you get married DMV, Squad gives you the privilege to keep your maiden name, and as well as your married name, knowing that the lady may have things that she do under her own name. Then the lady was questioning my bank statement that I had just got from the bank pointing out things on the statement the her boss I assume that’s who he was. They never asked me how much I needed and after a hour I was told I was denied and to call a number on a paper that was given to me. The paper clearly stated please show your social security card. So I went back in and asked her do you need to see my social security card. Just call the number she said. It was at the top of the paper she gave me clear as day. I don’t know if she was ready to go but she wasn’t helpful, she act like she couldn’t read. And I had a bad experience there at Cash store in DeSoto Texas"

"The young lady I spoke with was nice , and had a pleasant attitude, I liked the fact that she took time to explain my options and didn't seem to mind helping me; She answered my questions without hesitation. I use to hate applying for a pay day loan cause most of the agents would be rude and in- considerate when you ask questions make the noise and looks like your getting on there nerve an taking money from there pockets, and brush you off. But she was nothing like that she was patient with me and walked me through the contract over the phone. Thank you Cash store!"
