"I was excited about joining this CU in hopes of leaving the big bank experience, and things were “normal” at first as this was a secondary account for me. However, now that I’ve had the account opened for 6+ months, I’ve been charged multiple “courtesy pay” fees with no explanations as I opted out of the “courtesy pay” feature when I opened the account. I reached out through multiple avenues to speak with someone, and I never received any response. Also, I received no response when inquiring into the process of closing my account. But, they contacted me plenty of times to sell me services prior to these issues. This was very much a big bank experience for me which is really disappointing especially in this economy."

"Phenomenal service! When you first walk in you’re greeted by Anthony with his signature. Hey, how are you? From then on it is such a great experience. Whether I’m in or something a little more time consuming, he’s always quick and efficient and always with a smile on his face. I would recommend going to see him for any of your banking need because he always takes the time to figure out the solution. 10/10"

"Visiting from out of town, stopped by to try and do a shared branching transaction because i was told a few weeks ago by my credit union in South Texas that NCU was a part of Shared branching. When I stopped in the Prosper location, Anthony & Keydra immediately greeted me and explained NCU no longer provided shared branching services. Although I couldn’t accomplish what I came for, I will say the branch is beautiful and the two mentioned above, did a great job of explaining some of the benefits and history of the credit union. Since I’m only visiting it wouldn’t make sense for me to open an account without being able to utilize shared branching-but I will be sure to spread the word to my family members that are close by!"

"I stopped by the Prosper location to inquire about lending products, services, and CD rates. I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Keydra. She asked a lot of questions to truly uncover my needs. While I have not made up my mind on what I want to do, I do know that when I do, Keydra will be my go to!"
