"Very bad customer service, you can tell the girl who waited on me was annoyed. Did business there in the past and the owner was very helpful but this time around the girl with the short blond white hair was rude and unpleasant to talk with! Work on your communication skills or if you don’t like dealing with people stay home."

"Needed to pick up a Uhaul truck. Reservations made and confirmed. Come day of pick up, they were closed although door sign said out for delivery and will be back soon. Never came back. Called phones. No answer. Uhaul called their "contracted" number. No answer. Had to go to Sage brush Hotel outside Crystal City to pick one up. Maybe their flowers are ok but dissapointing as a Uhaul renter place."
