"I am happy that I got the loan, it just took a long time to go through the process, I thought it would be same day, it took 3 days, then waited the next day to get the funds. But overall everyone was nice!"

"I have been with this company for a few years. My wife lost her job and rent increased. We missed a payment. They started calling. They offered to refinance our loan and give us 400. It wasnt allot but it would of helped. Several times she said 400.00. So I thought nothing of it. I went in and signed the paper work. I leave and the next day I get a deposit. Instead of 400.00 they gave me 100.00. It not allot of money but its the principal. I cant and wont deal with a company that lies and my sole purpose is to warn others from a company like this."

"I’ve been working with Kristin on a refi loan got approved with a loan that would bring my interest rate down. I asked Kristin how long do I have to accept the offer and she said 25 days. I got really busy with work and took me a few days to give her a call back. She left a couple of voicemails never specified my loan would be canceled unless I called back within a time frame. She refused to let me speak to a manager and submitted a complaint. I asked her to re consider my loan approval but her response was”you’re too upset and the claims department will call you and your loan will not be resubmitted and we will not process any loans for you” I was not disrespectful I was frustrated at the carelessness of her service. Why would I not want extra money with a lower interest rate. Why would she not communicated with me that my loan would be canceled prior to canceling it. I don’t feel she communicated or made an effort to effectively communicate on the cancellation of my loan. I was counting on this loan. Not to mention their phone does not accept calls until 9 when they’re supposed to open at 8:30 and their mail box is full. Communication flaw!"
