"The staff was kind with my children for the exam. But I have to be questioning because they don't explain about the plans to pay. Also the girl in the optic store didn't explain either nothing I have to ask and make my own conclusion ,and tell her.she just told my son to watch videos so he can know how to use his contacts lenses. She suppose to show him. Train him it was his first time with contacts"
"First time bringing my toddler here for an exam. Dr. Arciniega was kind and interacted well with my son. The wait time to see the doctor was about an hour. The staff is friendly and the one young girl with the long dark hair did a great job with the eye test on my son. I would recommend."
"The young man who was putting drop in my daughters eyes was nice, but Dr.Zac assistant entered the room, didn’t wash her hands, didn’t wear gloves. She also sprayed sanitize spray to clean the chair my daughter was going to be sitting on. Then once she wiped the chair she rubbed her eye and started to sit up the eye equipment for the doctor without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Dr. zak seemed a bit rude till my voice got firm he kept it cool. I made the switch for my daughter from McAllen to weslaco. I just should have left her in mcallen. Oh and she checked my daughters eyes without washing her hands. Once again the young gentlemen he was thin ,black hair was nice and he put on a clean pair of gloves before putting the drops on my daughters eyes every time he entered the room."
"Dr. Vitality Zak treated me when I completely loss vision in my right eye due to a bacterial infection of unknown origin. Dr Zak went to extreme corrective measure to achieve restoration of my eyesight through means of antibiotic eye injection & intraocular lens implant ksurgery. Initially Dr Zak offered to drive me 50 miles away to a pharmacy and to another Doctor for emergency eye injection. This man knows his stuff. He restored my sight because he did everything medically possible to serve me. A true proffesional."
"Was waiting for an hour in front lobby only to have to wait another hour in back lobby my daughter was frustrated, now they did it again. I kept asking and was told those were usual wait time, I don't think so we have been here before and people ahead and people that came after have not had to wait so long, we will be asking for a different specialist referral from our pediatrician."
