"They messed up my change of address. I've questioned them 3 times. It's been 5 weeks & I still don't have my mail."
"People make processes to suit themselves and not the customers. Disabled vet who can't leave my home a lot, but yet they won't knock on my door when delivering Amazon packages. They quickly put a slip in my mailbox instead of knocking on my door. I'm always home, yet they say it is to prevent theft, but never knocked. It's wrong and unacceptable."

"Probably the most pathetic excuse for a post office. Plastic draping from the ceiling to protect against what? The staff is rude (short elderly male) wad not helpful at all. and the area is an absolute mess."
"Every time I have to pick up a package here, they will first try to tell me there is not one and then when I say I received a notification from tracking they'll look all over then finally find it. More than once I've known (fortunately) there was more than one and they've tried to tell me there's only one then get irritated when I make them find the other one...Also, they randomly deliver the wrong mail to my house even a package once that I decided to deliver by driving to the address myself, because who knows if they would have received it and I wanted them to know it came to me first. This also concerns me on whether or not my mail is going to other places :( they won't stop delivering the mail of the ppl that lived here before over 5 yrs ago even though they know they have moved. Terrible costumer service and rudeness especially from the guy at the post office."
