"Terrible service, waited more than 40 minutes to cash a check, while the bank was empty, and they refuse to give me a receipt for the $10 that they charge me to cash a check from their own bank."

"This review is not specifically intended for this location but the bank as a whole.. I will be immediately switching over to a better bank. All they do is miscalculate your funds so they can rack up on overdraft fees!!!!! The customer service department don’t want to help but instead have an attitude like you don’t know how to spend your own money!! The lady I spoke with was definitely rude and she is the main reason I will be leaving this horrible bank!!! I see now why traditional banks are a thing of the past! True definition of Bank Robbers!!!!! Such a scam!!!!!!"

"Took my daughter in to open an account. Spoke with Kristalyn. My kid is a 20 year old college kid who just had her entire saving stolen at another bank. We spoke at length with Kristalyn about security and accounts. She was amazing. This is a great bank with great people. Super friendly"
