"I do NOT recommend this branch! As soon as my s/o and I walked in and signed in, we saw the manager with a customer. Another couple walked in and signed in. She then came out of the office walking and talking fast saying it will be awhile because she's the only one there and she just had eye surgery so she can't see that good. The other couple left. We wanted to leave but were there to finalize our application. When we went into the office, we told her we were there to make a deposit to finalize our account... she cut us off saying we could have done it with the tellers... we explained that that wasn't the reason we were there... we proceeded with the process... the whole time it felt like she didn't want to be there... she asked us questions that was already asked and then said that she was the teller manager and we didn't even ask her that... at the end, my s/o said thank you for helping us and she responded with, "I really didn't help you so.", We just decided because of JaQuinta (not spelled right, but it's close to it), we canceled our application and will be going to another bank."
