"Came from a horrible situation at the Goddard School in Carol Stream (I HIGHLY recommend NOT going there) and Bright Horizons is great. Everyone is very inviting, caring and nurturing! They listen to you when you have concerns, which is something Goddard was incapable of. Such a breathe of fresh air and I'm at ease leaving my child here every day."
"If I could give this daycare Negative Stars, I would. I witnessed a daycare employee at this daycare yelling at my son and also another daycare employee witnessing it and not doing anything. Informed the assistant to the Director, since the Daycare Director was not available. The Daycare Director contacted me and completely defended her employee. If you really want to know how this daycare works, ask for it to have complete AUDIO and VIDEO."
"My daughter has been here for more than one year now. She loves her school, her teachers and her friends here. I am really glad that I enrolled my daughter here instead of another Montessori school (in which it seemed that children were well managed but I was told by other parents later their kids actually were not happy there). Educational theories are important, but the bonding and connection between teachers and kids, the atmosphere in the whole working place - in another word, the management and the staff - are much more important factors to consider when you're choosing a school for your kids."
