"I wasn’t really happy about the situation. I know they were short handed that day but when I got a call only two hours later to let me know my 80 pound golden doodle was ready I thought that was a little weird. When I checked in the gentlemen asked me if he could cut if Woodrow was matted but he said he would call before he did so. I picked up Woodrow half of his tail was shaved off. His body was way shorter than what I said when I checked in. The head looked good. Overall that was the worst haircut my dog has ever had. We had called up there to ask what happened and he said that well he was matted and I had to go that low. I don’t feel like that is correct. My dog has been groomed over a dozen times with his hair longer than what it was when I came in and he’s never been Matted where they needed to shave him that low. I think the guy was just overwhelmed and busy and decided to not even try to brush him out and just shave him. I also got charged for 15 minutes of brushing which is not right at all. I’m just not happy with the grooming experience and I will not be coming back for any of my doodles haircuts"
