"This office is the least professional place to ever get anything done, sent a case here took 2 weeks to get a simple answer. then they scheduled me to speak w the attorney, he was supposed to call at a time he was free. They blew up my phone when they dialed me 14 times back to back, I left my meeting to call them back and they immediately said he was no longer available. After that they spent weeks without sending a contract for their services, I would only get the office manager answer and give a new excuse everyday. Had to find another lawyer and all other attorneys mentioned Mr Chu has had this reputation in the past. Disappointed for what's supposed to be an expensive and knowledgeable professional."
