"Horrible place. Every week 3 times a week, they have said my daughter had a fever and so I would have to pick her up all the time. One day I checked her fever and she had no fever. They do this because they’re short staff all the time. They would message us and ask us parents who could leave their kids at home because they were short staff. Like honestly would u want to take ur kids somewhere, where they ask u if possible if anyone can not take their kids when us parents have work all the time? Also would u want ur kids to be somewhere where they all sudden have fevers every day and have to pick them up but honestly they really don’t even have a fever? Yeah top with that, I had to pay them more than I should. I would be paying this place twice a month more than what I was told what it would be every month. So honestly I recommend not taking ur kids there."

"We are so thankful and pleased with the beginning of our children's wonderful new journey at Lake Zurich KinderCare. We searched for the best possible local daycare where we could get our two children enrolled A.S.A.P. Upon contacting Lake Zurich KinderCare we knew we did not need to look any further. The Director is not only extremely friendly and kind-hearted but more importantly was so responsive and professional throughout our enrollment process. We quickly realized that she & her fellow staff members genuinely wanted our children to join the fun there just as much as we did. As a family we are SO happy we chose this daycare! From personally addressed 'Welcome' signs on each of their classroom doors the first day, to the comfort of their user-friendly reports & updates on their cellphone app, to the warm, kind and passionate Teachers they staff - we could not be more pleased/comfortable as parents knowing our children are under their care every day. We are so excited to observe all that our children will be able to absorb and learn in that environment as they continue to grow. Even their classmates & the other parents are super warm & welcoming.
