"I have been a customer for decades. Colonial has always made me feel like family. The Glade Rd location is my bank. Jennifer is the leader of the staff. She keeps things professional with her sharp job knowledge and the way she leads her staff. At the same time keeping a smile on your face because she always has one. It pairs well w her kind and jovial nature. Rachel seems to do the impossible stuff everytime it is needed. She keeps a grin on her face and never backs away from the challenges I ask if her. She never disappoints. Stacie is the newest member of the crew. She is friendly with a quick wit and a humorous nature. This works well w the other crew. These ladies blend well together and they keep a bright and friendly atmosphere. 5 stars and many thanks to all if them"
