"I recieved a speeding ticket and didn’t know how to proceed. I’m in the military and just moved here and I still had my drivers licience from another state. I was literal on the way to get the vehicle inspection taken care of so I could start the transfer process to Texas. I thought this would put a halt on everything. Then I recieved a letter in the mail from Mr. Ramos’s office. I question if it was litgtimate so I called his office to confirm. He took the time to reassure me and walked me through the process of requesting his services online. Once I had completed the online application I recieved an email that the ticket would be resolved and I should be receiving the documents reporting the outcome in 7-10 days. I was surprised to receive an email from his office 4 days later with the final outcome stating that the citation would not go on my record and I did not have to complete drivers safety course. If you get a ticket this is the law office you should contact to best represent you!"
