"Was taking my dogs here monthly for the past year paying extra for teeth brushing and nail buffing on top of The basic package which includes ear cleaning. 4 days after grooming took dogs to vet for annual shots, per vet ears dirty and tartar buildup on teeth. They charge you for the extras but don’t do it. Rip off. Not at all trustworthy."

"The staff made this helicopter dog mom feel comfortable with leaving her fur child because of the staff's friendliness, assurance, and ease of the process from dropping off Radar ( Great Pyrenees)to picking him up for grooming. My dog did not seemed affected, he was happy. He loved the supervisor Elizabeth, he went to her before leaving twice. Great staff!!!"
