"Customer service is very lacking. Service Rep, Bianey, told me she couldn't take package with prior label taped to sleeve, so I peeled it off. Then she tells me I need to put it back because the label needs to be in a sleeve. So I asked her for a packaging sleeve and she says that will be $2. Are you serious! Fedex doesn't charge for packaging sleeves. I asked for her name. She refused. I took a pic of her because I was going to let Fedex know that she's charging for this. She proceeded to call the police. Mind you, the police gave me her name. The bottom line is she wanted to make $ and she didn't care how."
