"Got a Morgage through the people at this bank. Ladies who helped me were all over the place and did not communicate to eachother. I was sooo confused who was calling me and what information they were asking from me. Also the automatically gave me Conifer Home Insurance, Horrible Horrible company. I had already submitted paper work for a home insurance we already had talked too and for some reason, we were signed up with Confier. Who does not cover anything…."

"Set up a joint account with my wife and she did not receive a debit card for 6 months. We were told it was being handled, but it never was. We were also told we would not be charged any fees on our savings account for the first year as long as we had at least $1 in the account, that was a lie. I was told the applied fees would be reversed, so I waited a week and the funds were never applied to my account. Closed both accounts yesterday and we are taking our business elsewhere."

"The branch manager Ashley Smith has been rude from day one. I no longer live in the area so I can’t physically go in to make deposits. The bank will limit the amount you can deposit from the mobile application. The amount they limit you on is their policy. The only person that could raise this limit was Ashley Smith and she wouldn’t. Very convenient as they’ll tell you to wire money which they charge you to receive. Customer service at this branch is horrendous. Their attitude is “ tough it’s you’re problem”. I would strongly suggest banking somewhere else."

"This review is exclusively based on our experience with obtaining a mortgage through this branch. Our Loan Officer Amy McCutchen was amazing. Amy was on top of our mortgage the whole step of the way considering the very short window of time before closing (transferred loan application from competitor to LegacyTexas last minute). She continually engaged us and ensured we understood all documents that were being signing (first time homeowner). Further, she provided sound financial advice about our mortgage and great local recommendations (e.g. security company, restaurants), which made us feel like more than just a client."
