Colonial Banking

"If you’re reading this, it’s probably because you are looking to either open a new account or you’re tired of your current bank. Well, you can stop looking because you will not find a better institution to take care of you! I’ve been using Colonial since 2015 and it was all due to my then current bank not having any type of “Compass” in what directions they needed in order to take care of a long time customer. I needed a home loan and they were less than helpful, dragging their feet, and providing no customer service at all. Out of frustration, I went to Colonial based on a friend’s recommendation, and I am here to tell you…WOW! They handled my loan in such a quick and professional matter that I went back to my other bank and closed every savings, checking, and credit card account and transferred it all to Colonial and it hasn’t moved since. Now let’s talk about this location. Lisa and the staff are the best in the business hands down. I have used Lisa for multiple car loans and opening new business accounts and not once have I had a single hiccup or error. She is always smiling and friendly and it makes me wonder if she ever had a bad day. The same goes for the folks at the counter…always offer a greeting and always smiling. They are fast. They are efficient. And they will quickly make you forget that previous institution. This is THE place if you’re looking !!!"
