I was Finance for APR 5.9 BUT There was a hidden fee i end up to pay more then twice and super high monthly payments!!! BE VERY CAREFUL Finance with bank even if they offer you twice much APR STILL MUCH CHEAPER !!! II am super happy I refinance my car with capital one even APR Was 11.74 but still half cheaper THATS CRAZY!Mercedesthey took money from my accountI $ 300called and asked for mony back ! They will take a Month to send me a check NEVER EVER A BIG MISTAKE GOOD BY MERCEDES"

"The worst and they could care less about helping you. I financed a car I bought in Boston and moved the care here to Texas. I paid the car off and thought MBFS would be sending me the title but No they said you need to get it from RMV in Massachusetts. It has now been over 2 months and no title because MBFS sent them my old Boston address. All they cared about is getting their money and not helping me get the paper title. I plan on posting on all social media I can about their terrible service."

"We have owned 3 Mercedes and thoroughly enjoyed every one of them, but only the last one was financed through Mercedes-Benz Financial. Three months after making the last payment, they still had not released the title so I called and was told "oh, it was just released today". Since I was selling the car, I needed verification and was told it would take several more weeks to get the title. After a lot of back and forth, I was finally told they would email me the proof that the lien had been released. The next day, I went to the Dept. of Motor Vehicles and was told the lien was still showing. Furthermore, they said the release letter was not signed and was therefore, useless. The lady at DMV said M-B Financial could fax a signed letter as proof. I called M-B financial and a young lady said they couldn't do that but would mail the title in about 2 weeks. I said that was not good enough, I want it NOW. It's been almost 90 days since the loan was paid off. Then the lady said she could mail it by 2 day Fed-Ex. I said not good enough, let me speak to a supervisor. Finally, I got a supervisor and they faxed the proof to the DMV after an hour. I would NEVER recommend this outfit and will NEVER use them again. These people should not even be allowed to use the Mercedes-Benz name as it sullies the brands good reputation."

"I had an issue with my credit score being dropped over 100 points due to an error that was made by MBFS. Basically my auto payments was cancelled because I was a mistaken for another person. What makes me sad is that I didn’t even get one notice from MBFS on missed payments. I contacted customer service and nonchalantly, said that they can’t do anything else on their end. My question is why wasn’t and I made aware that there are pending payments? I received no notifications. One of the main reasons I chose to enroll in auto pay is because I have multiple bills that I pay, I work a full-time job and I have a family to maintain so auto pay has been a game changer and I didn’t think twice about it because for 2 1/2 years, I had no issues with it. It is unfortunate and no one can tell me how this is possible. We live in the 21st century, there are multiple ways of contacting a person. I used to get reminders on when the payments will be withdrawn, but not of missing payments? How is that possible. If I can give a 0 star review I would. Shame on you Mercedes, you have discouraged me from continuing on my business with you and will be taking my business else where."

"Thee Chef Kate and her Sous Chefs Kat and TJ did an amazing job for the Mercedes-Benz employees event. This was a beautiful facility and the employees were so welcoming. They also featured The Black History Vendor Appreciation, there were so many well represented businesses at the event."
