The staff is also always friendly and knowledgeable. Since certain items have been made legal in the state of IL I have had questions but I've never been anywhere else where I have felt comfortable enough to admit my ignorance and ask questions. "Went in one time to ask if they had something in stock. The lady gave me a death stare, vaguely pointing at a section saying I could check there. Horrible first impression. They are open till 8, but they must close earlier because someone asking a question at 745 seemed to be more than she could deal with ."
