"Bad service missed one payment due to unexpected events and a man showed up tryign to intimidate a woman. And too add to it he took of burning off tire if that wasn't event more disrespectful. Literally one missed payment and they send their people to try to intimidate you so very unprofessional this company is getting black listed on my phone as soon as im done making payments bad service"

"Got a title loan with them they asked for ID or license and they got the information wrong some how, paid off my loan and didn't get my title back they said they mailed it but it never got here, so we checked the info and it was mailed to the wrong address, the manager Felipe told us to go to some place to get a copy of the title which they are charging us to get another title which is not even the original and we have to pay for their mistakes we ended up having a really bad experience our vehicle has no title still, Felipe says that we gave them the wrong info which can't be because they take your ID or license and get the information from there, so it's their mistake, its Unprofessional, idont recommend this place at all, go to a place you can trust," I asked you nicely felipe.!."
