"Horrible customer service, rude, and tried to push their poor quality of product off on my care. A family member passed and someone sent flowers to my home. The delivery ppl tried to deliver them to the sender at my home, 3 different times. We finally got a call from the sender and realized the florist was delivering to our house but w the senders name. The arrangement was ok at best and the next day was already wilting w petals falling off. I called the store, and they accused me of putting them next to the heater, they were actually set on the dinning room table. Then they showed up, unannounced, requested the flowers back and after hours of no communication or replacement, I had to call them. No form of intelligent communication w them so I requested they refund the senders money. We never heard from them after that!!! I do NOT recommend them to anyone!!!"
