"Today feb 11 2024 I bought three buzz balls planing to have a fun time with my friends and everything was okay and first then we left and not even 10 mins after we had to come back to the store because one of the buzz ball tasted bad and so it was looking bad I know the kind of liquor that I’m purchasing and it was not even close to what it is supposed to look like we purchased two strawberrita cocktails and one lotta colada after I did shake the colada one very, very well I opened and drink it without saw it at first then I spilled the sip that I just had because it was just so sour then I gave a look to the drink and I saw it was just watering looking nothing close to any milk or creamy look… I am a regular costumer of them and as it was not even 10 minutes that pass after I came back asking if I just could have another one as exchange then the cashier told me that they couldn’t do nothing because I already open the drink they knew I was a regular costumer they used to be friendly and all and this is just not okay the container of the drink is not clear NOBODY can tell if the drink is good or not UNTIL YOU OPEN IT AND TRY IT."

"Unless you like paying WAY more than secondary pricing for allocated bourbon, stay away. Seriously, just find any secondary group and save yourself a bunch of money and not have to deal with awful customer service. I try and support small business and I let the owner know he would actually sell some of that allocated bourbon that has been in the cabinet for over 6 months if his prices were reasonable or even close to secondary and he just kept yelling at me to buy it somewhere else. Even though I was just trying to help, I definitely will buy someplace else, and I urge you to do the same!"
