"Place an order to be delivered the day before the funeral and received a confirmation email then a text and email stating unable to verify details of funeral. When I called was told no obituary had caused issue when I noted obituary was on funeral home website was told they check there also then informed representative that I used obituary to place order. So now they will try their best to deliver the day of the funeral before the funeral. Really?"
"This place is awesome! I am a busy person and rarely have time to plan ahead so I called and spoke with Tanya Friday morning to see if I could send my wife a gift that day. I should mention I am in Amarillo so all of this had to be done by phone. She gave me several options and together we found the perfect solution They got it delivered to my wife that day. Top notch!!!"
