"I came to pick up my son last week only to hear a teacher yelling at her class. The children were too young to be yelled at. The teacher was yelling at them as they were coming in from outside. Younger children are not going to stay in a straight line so what’s the point of yelling at them?"

"We have been extremely happy with the care provided to our children at this facility. The teachers are wonderful and caring, and the administrators are present and responsive. We have had two children at this facility, one requiring daily medication administration, and both have been wonderfully cared for at this school. They are also reasonably priced, and our experience here was much better than at a more expensive school we previously sent our son to."

"I do NOT recommend this daycare! On 12/14 they took my money (2 registration fees + 1 week worth of childcare for 2 kids) over the phone but did not have me fill out any paperwork to register my kids. I never even received a receipt! I asked on 1/5 to cancel both of our spots and requested a full refund-since we have never been on site, have no paperwork still, or contracts in place! On 1/5 after I requested to cancel I was told via email all my funds were not refundable. The next day I spoke on the phone with the president of this daycare and she gave me back my registration fees but refused to give me back the 1 week of childcare I will never receive for my 2 kids. Seems backwards to me-should keep registration fees but refund the 1 week of childcare for 2 kids. It is my fault for giving this daycare money over the phone to reserve spots for my kids-lesson learned. However, they should have provided a receipt, paperwork to register my 2 kids, and given me policies when they accepted the payment. I hope nobody else goes through this with this daycare."

"Like too many families, our child care situation fell apart during the pandemic. After our son's original care situation returned on altered operations after a total shutdown at the pandemic's onset, the constant staff turnover and strain experienced by the teachers assigned to my son's classroom translated into terrible outbursts and a two-year-old we could not recognize as his aggression and tantrums spiraled at drop-off. We'd come to dread 10:30 because epic write-ups were awaiting us in the daycare's app. It came to a head when we were presented with a flyer for an autism counseling business by a teacher with a personal connection to that business. After a month of jerry-rigged care, with help from a personal acquaintance with expertise in early childhood education, we found Early Explorations. We were desperate, nervous, and terrified our son would continue to regress and act out. We couldn't have been more happily surprised. Early Explorations met with out by Zoom before his arrival for an intake meeting. They worked with us to come up with a customized plan to help our son transition into his new classroom. His very experienced teacher, Ms. Nett, has been a consistent ray of light and has made a remarkable impact on him. She had met him where he was at and he is blossoming under her care. His outbursts have nearly stopped (or at least moderated to a level expected for someone not quite three). He went from not verbalizing to talking all the time about his friends, the games he plays, the fun he has at Early Explorations. His skills are developing by leaps and bounds. I could go on and on. It has been nothing short of a miracle, thanks to the curriculum, the training, care, and steadiness of the staff, and the leadership that makes it possible for children to feel safe, loved, and intellectually engaged from their earliest years. We could not recommend Early Explorations more highly and look forward to many happy years with them!"
