"They have yet to pick up my middle school child on time. When I call after waiting literally 20 min past the pick up time they get mouthy that "they're doing what they can." So when I called corporate they did some investigating and found my sons bus driver had been taking a personal break which was going into her pick up times. She was informed she needed to choose a different time for her break, which lasted a week. Now it's back to calling them, having to block your number sometimes when they hang up on you if they don't wanna answer your concerns. But being a working mom I have to trust them with my most valued treasures and hope they'll get to school in time for breakfast and class."

"My children’s bus driver is great. The problem is that the bus doesn’t pick up at our house. The safety of the children and bad weather conditions don’t seem to be a concern for Goldstar ."

"Gold star has always given us poor service, will not even come within a mile and a half from my house. They will not answer the phone or answer any questions about the route or how close they need to get to my house. They literally want my 15 year old done to cross a four lane highway with no crosswalk"

"I've had the best service from our bus drivers since 2020. The aides are also great. They are short handed right now and the best we can do Is be understanding about it. The staff at the bus barn have been respectful mostly. Some days they may be overwhelmed with calls so I don't take it personally if they are short with me.
