"Intake department is horrible. They either don't know or care to navigate authorization for speech home health with private insurances. They give false information of their process, don’t provide documentation, horrible follow up, and don’t return your calls in a timely matter or at all. But the minute you pay out of pocket they remember how to use a phone. Complete waste of time for my son who is autistic and needs ST in a home health setting as he attends an ABA center all day/week!! Wish I could leave a review without a rating."
