"Staff was polite, pleasant and attentive. The medical assistant Cammery worked hard to ensure we were communicating accurate information back and forth and that I understood what the next steps were. She was accommodating to my schedule for future appointments. Dr. Martinez’s student was attentive, thorough, and sensitive to the need to discuss certain sensitive information out of earshot of the young patient to avoid upsetting her. Dr. Martinez was an excellent listener, explained patiently and clearly what the next steps were and gave us the options for how to proceed. He came up with an excellent plan for the next few months which satisfied us ( the guardians) and was acceptable to the child’s mother. He agreed to a separate Telehealth visit to talk with the mother so she would be included & could ask any questions she had and express any concerns. He was able to explain the plan of care in a way that she accepted-a remarkable feat. We are very encouraged and thankful that this young family member with multiple issues is being caring for by such an outstanding team!"
