"Pretty disappointed in the services overall. I came in for a full evaluation at the recommendation of my therapist and it took almost two months to get to the actual testing. Once I got in they did a very basic intake and didn't read my therapists notes before the intake meeting. The testing was very basic and consisted mostly of me interacting with a computer to answer questions. I asked each day I came in if there were any additional charges other then my co-pay and they said no. A month later they are calling me asking for an additional $450 that my insurance wont pay. Why do you think it's okay not to alert your customers to the potential of a $1700 bill. They need to disclose the risk before a patient consents to treatment. Be cautious and ask items to get per-approval don't trust them when they say they are in network so It should be covered."

"So many road blocks to even get an intake. And once I did, the “front office dropped the ball” and never called me to schedule my first appt. Then when I called again, I was told they needed permission for in person since my intake was virtual (never expressed wanting virtual for therapy). Anyway, too many red flag…I really wanted it to work. In addition, “supervisor,” Daviana, needs to work on her “supervisor” skills. She’s rude and shouldn’t be working in mental health!"

"The therapists are amazing, the office staff...not so much. Unfortunately, the office staff is terrible at communication, so much so that we will not go back. The therapists here that have worked with my child have been amazing, but when no one will answer the phones or call back when you leave messages...for a week...it is simply a lack of concern and care for the client. We canceled our next 4 appointments and will look elsewhere for a company that at least answers the phone so I can update insurance prior to an appointment to avoid being overcharged (again) because they have yet to return the excess money from all of the overcharged appointments last year. It is a shame that the office staff are incompetent and uncaring because the therapists are amazing."

"I have never posted a review before but I strongly do not recommend coming here as a new patient. They don't care about you as a patient and will try to charge you for their mistakes. I waited a month for my new patient appointment scheduled on Halloween at 11:15am. I showed up wearing a NEON YELLOW (this is relevant later) coat as a part of my costume. I asked a front desk lady to help me check in around 11:10. She got my name and everything and helped me at the check-in iPad. Within minutes of sitting down there was already someone complaining that they had been waiting for over an hour. Two other people who were there before me complained similarly in the course of the next hour. I didn't add to these complaints because I figured the front desk workers got the memo and that if the people before me were still waiting I wouldn't get ahead of them by complaining. Around 12:30 it seemed like staff went on lunch break. When someone came back around 1:10 I walked up and asked about my appointment, only to be told that I was marked as a no show because nobody saw me when they looked in the waiting room. I checked in with HELP from a front desk lady whom I told my full name and appointment time to. I confirmed my appointment online and over the phone the day before. My name was NEVER called for. I was also wearing again a NEON YELLOW COAT for my halloween costume, but I was told they "didn't see anyone in the waiting room" and marked me as a no show?! The front desk man who delivered this information to me was remorseful about it at least but I'm baffled at the excuse that they didn't see anyone in the waiting room granted I am in the most eye grabbing colored coat possible, was initially checked in and acknowledged by a worker, and never left the room. I even got up to switch seats at a point. I was further told they couldn't see me today but I could come back tomorrow. Granted how the other people I saw complained and were poorly communicated to about their appointments/seeing their provider I don't think I'll be coming back, and I'd recommend staying away to any others seeking help. Feeling absolutely defeated after coming here."

"I've never left a negative google review before, but I can't believe how awful of an experience I had with this place. Definitely avoid Restore if you can. This is an incredibly poorly run practice with no communication (and yes long wait times as others have mentioned --though that is the case for many places). Despite the wait and difficulty scheduling an appointment, I felt very rushed and dismissed by both providers. The provider doing the intake didn't even introduce herself and took less than half of the alloted appointment time. Second provider refused to do the session (that we waited another month for) or even discuss the intake results if we couldn't commit to a weekly midday session time that was impossible (this was never communicated by the office when scheduling the appointment). So we had to leave after about 15 minutes into our appointment despite being billed for an entire session that never happened. Felt horrible after leaving the office both times and it was a complete waste of two months (plus time away from work/school). Another person wrote that you are just a number at this place and I really felt that. This place needs to do better--especially as a behavioral health facility."
